A little about me
Hi, I’m India, the person behind The Books.
I’ve spent more than 10 years in bookkeeping and administration across a range of industries. I enjoy getting accounts to balance and finding simpler ways to do things, but I started The Books for more than tidy accounts.
I want small business owners to have more time for the life they’re working so hard to build. More time for the work they love, and the people and things that matter outside it.
Whether bookkeeping feels confusing, takes too long or simply isn’t your thing, you don’t have to do it all yourself.
I’m here to take that work off your hands, explain what you need to know and help you feel comfortable handing it over.

Giving You Back Your Time
Success doesn’t have to mean filling every spare hour with more work. If handing over your books means you can close the laptop earlier and enjoy your weekend, that matters to me too.
